I mostly build what I was missing. Most of these projects fix one specific problem I had myself, and they're here for anyone with the same one. Try the product; read the page if you want to know why it exists.

A pivot is often just the polite word we use with investors when the first company is dead and we have decided to build another one. And that is fine. Not because failure is noble, but because luck needs exposure: every market you enter, every product you ship and every channel you test is one more surface where something unexpected can land.

A self-hosted AI agent is an agent whose runtime you install on hardware you control. In most setups that covers only one of three layers: the runtime is yours, the model is still a cloud API, and the tools reach wherever you point them. Keeping the model local is a separate decision, and it costs memory, roughly 16 GB for the smallest capable models, plus some tool-calling reliability.
A Mac mini is a good OpenClaw host when you need macOS itself, mainly the iMessage channel, or when you want a local model on hardware you own. With a cloud model, the base M6 with 16GB, $899 at Apple's US store on September 24, 2026, covers the runtime. Without either need, a $12 a month server runs the same gateway.

A bad news email subject line should identify the affected service, order or request. For an operational change, include the change and date: "Your Pro plan rises to $29/month at your 12 November renewal". For a sensitive personal decision, a neutral subject naming the request can be more appropriate. Put the explanation and next steps in the body.
Ecommerce marketing automation is the set of messages a store sends because of what a customer did, not because of what day it is: a checkout left open, a first order, a product viewed twice. For a one-person store the tools are cheap and the setups are templated, which is exactly why they fail in the same handful of ways. Here are the eight that come up most, with the mechanism behind each and the fix.
